Historical review on heating regions in China

Briefly describes the background of dividing the heating regions, and introduces the necessity, the scheme, the index and the geographic coverage of the region dividing in the process of drawing up the Design code for heating, ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings in the 1970s. Finally, the author puts forward his own opinions.
